What a semester at ISA looks like
Everything is open to everyone. No prior knowledge, membership, or dues needed. Rooms and times are posted in the Updates chat each semester.
Dua Kumayl & Discussion
Our most loved and consistent program. We recite Dua Kumayl together, then move into a student-led discussion on a topic chosen by members. Topics range across faith, practice, history, and campus life.
Book Club & Dua Tawassul
We read a book together over the semester and talk it through a section at a time, then close with Dua Tawassul. Members pick the next book.
Sisterhood & Brotherhood
At least one sisterhood and one brotherhood event a month: game nights, sports, picnics, watch parties, hikes, and outings. The easiest way to get to know people outside the program room.
Alumni career talks
Once a month, an ISA alum comes back to talk about where they are now, in a career or further study. They share advice for current students and talk through the Islamic side of their work. Open to everyone, not only students headed down the same path.
Through the year
Dates follow the Islamic calendar and the semesterLectures and Q&A
